Some Relationship Advice

I’ve been in a committed relationship for almost 11 years — something I see as a huge accomplishment. I had no model for this level of commitment outside of TV. My parents divorced when I was six. But I’ve done a lot of work to understand what it takes to constantly create a happy, loving relationship. Below are some of my findings.

A lot of this comes from The Gottman Institute. Most of it is from this podcast, a must listen. As a caveat, Relationships are obviously very complicated. This guide is in no way comprehensive. Just the best learnings I’ve gathered that I want to share to…
